Meet the Team

Tad Dziemian

With the goal of helping New England consumers save money on their energy and telecom bills, Tad launched White Columns Solutions in 2009. The energy market had become more demanding and as a result became more of a focus. He changed the name to Neighborhood Energy to better reflect the firms offerings; namely the brokering of electricity and natural gas supply along with energy optimization services. This led to the successful creation of a virtual energy department for consumers.

When asked what made Neighborhood Energy successful, Tad replied, "Treating each customer as an important individual with very specific needs and wants".

And when Tad isn't in his office finding the cheapest rates for his fellow New England residents, he can often be found atop the mountains either judging the pro's or showing them how it's done.

Pierre Sieur

Pierre has quickly proven himself to be indispensable to the team since joining Neighborhood Energy in January last year.

Having recently graduated from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Pierre has been using his creativity & business know-how to help improve our services for you. Some of the more obvious improvements include the addition of these monthly newsletters and the change in monthly reporting.

Originally from France, Pierre is a global citizen, having grown up in Cyprus, Hong Kong, Indonesia, France and finally Canada. Pierre is an active sportsman with a broad array of hobbies ranging from surfing to rock-climbing. It is however sustainability & the environment which Pierre cares for the most, a passion he will look to implement into Neighborhood Energy's business model.

And when Pierre isn't in his office making sure Neighborhood Energy's clients are well taken care of, you may be able to find him organizing a beach clean-up in Indonesia or simply taking it easy in front of a beautiful game of football (the European kind of course).

Nessa Dziemian

Not only is Nessa Dziemian on the Neighborhood Energy of New England team, but she is also a competitive mogul skier on the US Freestyle Ski Team. In 2016, she finished the season ranked #13 in the world and #1 in the United States. In 2017, she had several top 5 World Cup results, making her one of the stronger members of the US Ski Team. When Nessa isn't fighting for a spot to represent the USA in the 2018 Games, she works for Neighborhood Energy of New England.

With Nessa's hard-working characteristics, she has continued to bring growth and consistency to her father’s company. She provides the customers with accurate data on their monthly reports and persists to expand the company’s audience on social media pages.
