A seasoned leader with a proven track record, Tad launched White Columns Solutions/Neighborhood Energy in 2009. Born and raised in Montreal, he earned his Marketing and Management degrees at Syracuse University and McGill University.
The transition into the energy vertical was seamless because of his extensive career in telecommunications. The success and growth of Neighborhood Energy is a result of differentiation through concierge customer service, strict cost controls, and strategic counseling.

Tad is active in a host of community organizations that support business growth and social initiatives. Married with children, he enjoys do-it-yourself projects, snowboarding, and travel.
Pierre Sieur

Since joining the team in 2015 Pierre has made customer satisfaction his mission.
Having graduated from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Pierre has been using his creativity & business know-how to help improve our services for you.
Originally from France, Pierre is a global citizen, having grown up in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand & Canada. Pierre is an active sportsman with a broad array of hobbies ranging from surfing to rock-climbing. It is however sustainability & the environment which Pierre cares for the most, a passion that he has implemented into Neighborhood Energy's development as a leader in Renewable Energy Counsel.
When Pierre isn't in his office making sure Neighborhood Energy's clients are well taken care of, you will find him organizing a beach clean-up in Indonesia or simply taking it easy in front of a beautiful game of football (the European kind of course).
Esslam El Gewely
Operations Manager
Esslam is the newest addition to Neighborhood Energy New England. He is an experienced salesperson with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Negotiation, Sales, Communication, and Event Management. Strong sales professional with a bachelor’s degree focused in communication and psychology from Université de Montréal.
Born and raised in Egypt, Esslam also lived in France and Canada, which allowed him to adapt to different cultures and helped him to enhance his interpersonal skills. Having a multicultural background lead him to a great customer satisfaction level throughout his experience and he is keen to provide this level of professionalism to NENE’s customers!
Andy Pfluger
Director of Business Development
Andy became a member of the Neighborhood Energy team in 2020, bringing with him a unique background and a passion for sustainable energy solutions. Having grown up in Switzerland and studied in Canada, he has gained a wealth of experience living in over 10 different countries.
Andy is dedicated to expanding the reach of Neighborhood Energy and providing clients with valuable strategic advice to reduce their energy expenses.
Beyond his work, Andy maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether he's carving down the slopes on skis or scaling rocky cliffs while camping in the mountains, he is always seeking new adventures.
